A mixed-length cluster tray and a non-mixed arrangement need different placement methods. The figures below are production-team estimates for each individual operation; they do not represent total factory capacity or guarantee an order lead time.
Placing mixed-length lash clusters
The segmented lash machine places mixed-length lashes onto paper cards and holds their positions. Our production team estimates this individual step at about 8–10 times the comparable manual operation.
Camera-guided lash placement
Cameras locate the card and lashes before a gripper places non-mixed arrangements at set positions. Our production team estimates this individual step at about 30–50 times the comparable manual operation.
Inspection and packing
After placement, the lash arrangement and tray position are checked before the product is boxed. Orders are then prepared for shipment.
