Lash quality checks

Compare the sample. Check the finished tray.

Start with the lashes and packaging you want to order. Sample review gives you a basis for discussing specifications; tray inspection and boxing prepare the finished product for packing.

Look at the lashes where they meet the card.

The inspection stage focuses on lash placement and arrangement before boxing. The close-up below shows a tray being reviewed with tweezers at the worktable.

What is reviewed before boxing?

Lash arrangement

Review how the lashes sit along each row on the paper card, before the card moves to the boxing step.

Card positioning

Check the position of the lash card as it is placed inside the selected tray or box.

Tray presentation

Review the assembled tray and its arrangement before it goes into the next packing stage.

Check the insert position

Confirm how the card should sit inside the selected box and what to check before closing it.

Set your sample review criteria before ordering.

Compare the lash structure, curl, selected lengths and tray presentation against the range you want to sell. Send us your observations and packaging requirements so the quotation can reflect the agreed specification.

Existing product samples are free when available and the buyer pays shipping. Branded physical samples are optional and charged separately. We confirm the selection and shipping before preparation. Our lash sample evaluation checklist helps you record what to compare.
